Important new information:The Regulation and Licensing Department is now offering licensees the ability to change their mailing address online! Please click on the following link to take advantage of this new service: https://mylicense.rld.state.nm.us. Step-by-step instructions on the web pages will guide you through the process. Please have your license number handy as you will need it to register for a username and password. Mailing address changes submitted online will be reflected in the licensing system 24 hours after they are submitted. Questions? Please contact the Physical Therapy board administrator at RLD for more information at physicaltherapy@state.nm.us or 505-476-4880. RLD is now also offering PT licensees the ability to request and pay for duplicate licenses online. The service is available at the same website listed below. Licensees can expect to receive their duplicate license within 5 to 7 business days after their request. |
