Our Mission
The mission of the New Mexico American Physical Therapy Association is to represent and promote the profession of physical therapy and its role in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of movement dysfunction.
We value our membership as representatives of the APTA in the State of New Mexico and seek to improve the communication, education, development and practice of physical therapist professionals through active, efficient, and effective organization.

In our next Prime Mover we would like to Spotlight individual PTs and PTAs who are doing or have recently done some out of the ordinary activities. Those activities can include research, travels related to our practice, volunteer work in the community or anything else you consider important to recognize.
